For Day of Coordination, a professional planner will contact all the wedding professionals involved with your day the week before your wedding. A professional planner will review all the contracts, make sure all payments have been made and go over each detail of the time-line.  A professional planner will work with your time-line and fine-tune the details.  A professional planner is at the ceremony and reception location from the time when the first wedding professional arrives to after the last wedding professional leaves.  A professional planner will orchestrate the day assisting you with staying on schedule and making changes as the day unfolds. A professional planner will see the all the staff is fed and has what they need while directing them to 'stay on track' with all the varied details involved.  A professional planner will assist you with making sure you have all you need as you leave the reception.
